If you have a specific dietary challenge, are trying to change up your normal eating habits for more home cooking, or simply want to get quicker and more efficient with cooking healthful, rejuvenating food, look no further! We’ll meet either in person or video call to discuss your goals. Then, based on you learning style, schedule, and kitchen, we’ll create a plan for you to meet those goals and boost your cooking skills. This won’t be overwhelming or intimidating, as some programs with too much information and no guidance. My focus is to give you steps to feel confident and empowered in the kitchen.
