Grazing Boards

Each charcuterie board Chef Anna creates is unique and set apart, characterized as a table-scape of edible art. No two spreads are identical, featuring local, artisan, and foraged items. Indulge in custom-made pickles, pâtés, preserves, crackers, with arrays of select meats and cheeses, some imported, others from nationally award-winning small farms. Each board is individually curated for every event, highlighting the Scandinavian style from Chef Anna’s study’s in Norway.
